Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please be sure to select the correct age/colour options for each item.. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Cheques are our preferred payment method as the charges are lower, which helps us keep our prices reasonable.

We accept Paypal If you are shopping from outside the UK and, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own card's currency.


Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges will be added to your order at the checkout stage and are dependent on the address to which the goods are to be delivered. Each package is sent by Royal Mail first or second class or international equivalent..

For UK deliveries the charge is £3.50 second class per order and £4.50 first class.
For European destinations the charge is £6.00 per order
For the Rest of the World the charge is £15.00 per order

Delivery Schedule
We carry Shawls and most baby clothes in stock As our garments are hand knitted to order please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery from the date of your order. We do carry some stock, so if timing is particularly important, please phone to check availability first.

All of our items are handmade, and most of them are made to order. It takes 3 to 4 weeks from ordering for most garments to be completed and delivered. If something is needed for a particular deadline, please phone us before placing an order.

Back Orders
If for any reason there is a delay in supplying your order you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All our products are VAT free.

Pride and Joy Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with a garment, please return it to us with a note explaining why. We can either replace it with a different colour, or size, or send you a full refund. Postage costs are non refundable. The parcel is the sender's responsibility until it arrives with us.
